The one about Will Lynch and "The Fallen Angel"

So this crazy Postman guy… for some unknown reason, believes that teachers in our schools, that teach our children, that are paid by our tax dollars, ought to be taken out of their specialty subject that they went through two years of concentration in classes of. This will some how help students learn, because teachers… who are paid to teach, will go through the learning process with the students… right.

So just to clarify, Teachers should not be teaching what they were taught to teach. And our tax dollars should pay for this. So we should spend our money to educate teachers along with students. Teachers that we already educated in college to teach in specific areas.

And all this is combined with the belief that we shouldn’t use text books, because they’re poorly written… and they have no “voice.”

I’m honestly a little upset that I paid for this guy’s book. Which, ironically, we’re sort of using as a textbook.

Maybe, just MAYBE I could agree with all of this if only teachers’ salaries were like doubled. It’s ludacris to expect teachers to continue education as they’re getting underpaid for jobs that are under appreciated and hard to do.
